Deposit Policy

To begin production on your order, a non-refundable deposit is required. This secures your placement in our production schedule and allows us to begin sourcing materials and crafting your products with precision and care.

• Fragrance orders (min. 10 units) — 40% deposit, with a minimum deposit of $300–$500 depending on total order value.
• Skincare orders — 50% deposit due to higher formulation, compliance, and material costs.
• Other custom products — 40% deposit, minimum $200.
• Packaging & custom builds — deposit sized to the scope of your quote and provided in writing before production.

• Deposits are non-refundable and are only refunded if we are unable to fulfill your order.
• Orders do not enter production until the required deposit has been received.
• Final balances must be completed within the agreed timeframe to avoid delays or cancellation.
• Custom orders are made specifically for each client and cannot be resold.
